Solaris Beer & Blending is Murrieta’s newest brewery. Since opening 2-years ago, Solaris quickly made a name for itself by crafting high quality, adventurous and creative new styles while giving true to form old-world and historical styles the nuance and balance that made them popular. Their expansive barrel program gives them the ability to blend complimentary flavors and vintages to create a foundation that supports and elevates added fruit, spices, herbs and flowers.
